Question 69. What were the synonyms for the word Eucharist in the early church?

In Syriac:

• kurobo - the nearness - that is our nearness to God.

• Kurbano - Represents a living sacrifice.

• Rosse - Holy Mysteries. It was given to the apostles in the upper house as the mystery

• sau-tho-pu-so - communion - we become one with His body.

In Greek:

• Evu - kari- sthia - Eucharist
