1/4 - 1/3 cup oats - cover with distilled water and let sit overnight (use pure unprocessed oats)
In the morning add
1/2 chopped apple
1-2 TBS raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 TBS raw honey
Stir and enjoy. This is so much better than cooked oatmeal.
